The original interior design, the restful atmosphere, the old indoor well, all have their part in making it a world where things flow smoothly along, where you are invited to discover the charms of a sheltered place, proud of its nature, its culture, its heritage.
Laurence, your hostess, will share with you her love for Aubrac, a land of warm welcome where a subtle combination of mystery and evidence always brings one to what really and only matters…
A tartine-snacks restaurant where you will enjoy the tasty produce of our land. A crunchy, informal break to treat travellers and visitors to various local specialities on sweet or savoury ‘tartines’ (slices of country bread) that will go well with sundry drinks brewed from fruits, herbs and plants of our Lozère mountains.
A shop, retailing the productions of local craftsmen : knick-knacks, books, postcards, jewels, Laguiole knives and preserves and produce : They have been carefully selected for their quality and authentic character. They evince a symbiosis between the nature and the people. Made with love and dedication, they are bound to enchant!
